ABOUT

The Kentucky Society of Clinical Oncology (KYSCO) was organized in 1999 as a 501(c)6 medical society to promote advocacy, education and communication for oncologists and other members of the multidisciplinary cancer care team.

Our Mission

Our mission is to improve outcomes for patient with cancer through medical education, advocating for patient access to the highest quality of cancer care and elevate awareness of clinical trials enrolling in the state of Kentucky. KYSCO is a state affiliate for the American Society of Clinical Oncology and works closely with other health care organizations such as the NCCN, American Society of Hematology, Kentucky Medical Association and patient advocacy groups.

Cancer care and treatment options continue to rapidly evolve. KYSCO is working hard to protect patient outcomes and the ability of physicians to provide quality care in a variety of treatment settings.
