Provider Registration - inclusive of licensed physicians and allied health professionals including but not limited to registered nurses, nurse practitioners, clinical nurse specialists, pharmacists, physician assistants, administrators, social workers, and office managers in an oncology practice or university; Fellows; Retirees.Provider registrants must not be employed by an Industry company (see below).

You’re invited to participate in the Targeted Oncology™ Community Case Forum™ on Friday, October 18 the day before the KYSCO 2024 Annual Conference at Seelbach Hilton Louisville. HRA® offers compensation of $750 to medical oncologists/hematologists for their consultative insights. With prior approval from our registration team, a small number of fellows and advanced practice providers may be eligible to attend.

After arriving, you’ll spend some time networking with peers while enjoying small plates and refreshments. Case-based discussions of multiple myeloma and RCC will follow the networking reception, and the event will adjourn by 8:30 PM. Don’t delay; seating is limited for each moderated discussion.
